酸甜玉鲍片

用料:
一罐神牌清汤玉鲍

调味料:
Ingredients
四汤匙青柠檬汁
2粒乔头
2粒指天椒
1/2 茶匙糖

作法:

  1. 将整罐未开玉鲍置热水中煮30分钟。冷却后,开罐切开,排上碟。
  2. 把搅拌好的用料淋在小鲍上,就成。

Sweet & Sour Voluta Salad

Ingredients:
1 can of Fortune Voluta

Sauce:
4 tbsp lime juice
2 cloves pickled leek - chopped
2 bird's eye chillies - chopped
11/2 tsp sugar

Method:

  1. Boil unopened can of Voluta for 30 minutes. Cool before opening the can. Slice and arrange on plate.
  2. Pour sauce over and serve.
