泰式捞鲍荀
(5人份)
用料:
100克鲍荀
50克青苹果
30克红葱头
3个酸柑
3根小辣椒
1根红辣椒
少许姜花
30克炸香腰果
30炸香虾米
调味料:
40克糖
1茶匙盐
作法:
- 鲍荀切成两段。
- 青苹果和红辣椒切丝,红葱头切成薄片,姜花、小辣椒、腰果和虾米均切碎。
- 酸柑取汁,与糖和盐搅拌均匀。
- 把所有切好的材料放在一个盘子里,淋上调好的 (3) ,搅匀。
- 拌好的(4)放在另一盘中,把切好的鲍荀排在上头即成。
Cold Sea Asparagus Thai Style
(Serves 5 persons)
Ingredients:
100g Sea Asparagus
50g green apple
30g shallots
3 limes
3 chilli padi
1 red chilli
ginger flower(bunga kantan)
30g fried cashew nut
fried dried shrimp
Seasonings:
40g fine sugar
1 tsp fine salt
Method:
- Slice the Asparagus into two.
- Shred the green apple and red chilli. Cut the shallots into slices. Dice the ginger flower (bunga kantan), chilli pade, fried cashew nuts and dried prawns.
- Mix the lime juice, sugar and salt.
- Mix all the shredded items such as green apple, chilli padi, shallots, ginger flower (bunga kantan), red chilli, fried cashew nuts, dried prawn with the lime juice, sugar and salt in a bowl.
- Pour the mixed ingredients onto a plate. Then place the Asparagus on top of the ingredients. Ready to serve.
