姜蒜捞鲍笋

用料:
一罐神牌清汤鲍笋
20克姜碎
30克蒜头碎

调味料:
1/2杯鲍笋汁
1茶匙花调酒
1/2茶匙糖
2茶匙蚝油
2茶匙玉米粉

作法:

  1. 以热油将姜,蒜头炸至金黄色。取切,置一边。
  2. 把搅拌均匀的用料煮滚。
  3. 将鲍笋排于碟,淋上汁。最后,撒上炸香的姜蒜头碎。

Sea Asparagus with Ginger & Garlic Sauce

Ingredients:
1 can of Fortune Sea Asparagus
20gm shredded ginger
30 gm chopped garlic

Sauce:
To Mix
1/2 cup sea asparagus juice
1 tsp chinese cooking wine
1/2 tsp light soy sauce
1/2 tsp sugar
2 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp cornflour

Method:

  1. Fry ginger and garlic until light brown and remove.
  2. In the same wok, bring sauce to boil and remove.
  3. Arrange sea asparagus on plate. Pour sauce over and sprinkle with crispy ginger and garlic. Serve as appetizer.
