烧烤味酱皇鲍片

用料:
一罐财神牌南极皇鲍
10克牛奶
1汤匙橄榄油
2茶匙辣椒酱
2茶匙柠檬汁
1茶匙蒜茸
1茶匙口急汁
1/2 茶匙西洋芫茜碎
1/2 茶匙 LIQUID SMOKE
1/2 茶匙红椒粉
1/2 茶匙 Tabasco 少许牛至

作法:

  1. 将整罐未开南极皇鲍置热水中煮30分钟。冷却后, 开罐切片,排上碟。
  2. 把其他用料拌均匀,以小火煮至滚。淋于鲍鱼片上。就成。

Sliced Antartic Locos with Smoke Flavour Sauce

Ingredients:
1 can of Fortune Antartic Locos
10gm butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp worchestere sauce
1/2 tsp minced parsely
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
a little oregano

Method:

  1. Boil unopened can of Locos in hot water for 30 minutes. Cool before opening the can and slice the locos.
  2. Arrange on plate.
  3. Mix all other ingredients together and bring to boil. Pour over locos and serve.
