烧烤味酱皇鲍片
用料:
一罐财神牌南极皇鲍
10克牛奶
1汤匙橄榄油
2茶匙辣椒酱
2茶匙柠檬汁
1茶匙蒜茸
1茶匙口急汁
1/2 茶匙西洋芫茜碎
1/2 茶匙 LIQUID SMOKE
1/2 茶匙红椒粉
1/2 茶匙 Tabasco
少许牛至
作法:
- 将整罐未开南极皇鲍置热水中煮30分钟。冷却后, 开罐切片,排上碟。
- 把其他用料拌均匀,以小火煮至滚。淋于鲍鱼片上。就成。
Sliced Antartic Locos with Smoke Flavour Sauce
Ingredients:
1 can of Fortune Antartic Locos
10gm butter
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tsp chilli sauce
2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp worchestere sauce
1/2 tsp minced parsely
1/2 tsp liquid smoke
1/2 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp tabasco sauce
a little oregano
Method:
- Boil unopened can of Locos in hot water for 30 minutes. Cool before opening the can and slice the locos.
- Arrange on plate.
- Mix all other ingredients together and bring to boil. Pour over locos and serve.
