鲍汁小鲍美味捞面

(4人份)

用料:
8粒财神鲍汁小鲍
2个细生面(云吞面)
60克小菜心
2汤匙鲍汁,取自鲍汁小鲍
1茶匙李锦记XO酱
麻油、蚝油各少许
芫荽、青葱丝、红椒丝各少许

作法:

  1. 取出鲍汁小鲍,鲍汁待用。
  2. 先将细面煮滚烫熟,冲冷水再烫热。
  3. 面条加入少许麻油和蚝油均,盛盘备用。
  4. 先炒香 XO 酱,加入鲍汁小鲍和鲍汁略煮。
  5. 煮熟后,用少许太白粉勾芡,把鲍汁小鲍扒上面条上。
  6. 烫熟小菜心围边,最后撒上芫荽、葱丝和红椒丝即可。

Abalone Sauce Noodle

(Serves 4 persons)

Ingredients:
8 Fortune Brand Abalone Sauce Limpets
2pcs wonton noodle
60g small choy sam
2 tbsp abalone sauce, from limpets
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee XO sauce
some sesame oil and oyster sauce each
some coriander leaves, spring onion slices and red chilli slices each

Method:

  1. Take out the limpets and keep the abalone sauce.
  2. Boil wonton noodles till cooked. Then rinse with cold water and blanch.
  3. Mix noodles with some sesame oil and oyster sauce. Dish up and set aside.
  4. Heat oil in a wok, add in XO sauce. When fragrant, add in limpets and abalone sauce.
  5. Heat oil in a wok, add in XO sauce. When fragrant, add in limpets onto noodles.
  6. Decorate side of the dish with balanced small choy sam. Lastly, sprinkle over coriander leaves, spring onion and red chilli.
