鲍汁小鲍美味捞面
(4人份)
用料:
8粒财神鲍汁小鲍
2个细生面(云吞面)
60克小菜心
2汤匙鲍汁,取自鲍汁小鲍
1茶匙李锦记XO酱
麻油、蚝油各少许
芫荽、青葱丝、红椒丝各少许
作法:
- 取出鲍汁小鲍,鲍汁待用。
- 先将细面煮滚烫熟,冲冷水再烫热。
- 面条加入少许麻油和蚝油均,盛盘备用。
- 先炒香 XO 酱,加入鲍汁小鲍和鲍汁略煮。
- 煮熟后,用少许太白粉勾芡,把鲍汁小鲍扒上面条上。
- 烫熟小菜心围边,最后撒上芫荽、葱丝和红椒丝即可。
Abalone Sauce Noodle
(Serves 4 persons)
Ingredients:
8 Fortune Brand Abalone Sauce Limpets
2pcs wonton noodle
60g small choy sam
2 tbsp abalone sauce, from limpets
1 tsp Lee Kum Kee XO sauce
some sesame oil and oyster sauce each
some coriander leaves, spring onion slices and red chilli slices each
Method:
- Take out the limpets and keep the abalone sauce.
- Boil wonton noodles till cooked. Then rinse with cold water and blanch.
- Mix noodles with some sesame oil and oyster sauce. Dish up and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok, add in XO sauce. When fragrant, add in limpets and abalone sauce.
- Heat oil in a wok, add in XO sauce. When fragrant, add in limpets onto noodles.
- Decorate side of the dish with balanced small choy sam. Lastly, sprinkle over coriander leaves, spring onion and red chilli.
