清汤小鲍扒双菇
(4-6人份)
用料:
120克财神牌清汤小鲍
50克Hosen鲜草菇
50克Hosen鲜蘑菇
50克Hosen白果
120克芥兰
1茶匙粟粉,混合少许开水
1碗清汤,取出清汤小鲍
调味料:
1茶匙蚝油
1/4 茶匙白糖
少许麻油
少许花雕酒
作法:
- 把一切用料置于砂锅内,滚后,以小火焖30分钟。
- 最后加入胡椒粉和糖调味。
Stir-fried Mushrooms with Limpets
(Serves 4-6 persons)
Ingredients:
120g Fortune Brand Limpets in brine
50g Hosen Brand Straw Mushroom
50g Hosen Brand Whole Mushrooms
50g Hosen Brand Gingko Nuts
120g Kailan
1 tsp cornstarch, mixed with some water
1 bowl stock; from limpets
Seasonings:
1 tsp oyster sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
some sesame oil
some hua tiao wine
Method:
- Slice limpets while keeping the stock.
- Cut a cross in the stem of kailan. Boil till cooked and decorate side of plate.
- Heat oil in a wok, add in gingko nuts, mushrooms, padistraw mushrooms, limpets and stir fry. Add in stock and seasoning. Stir-fry and ready to serve.
