烧肉焖小鲍

用料:
一罐财神牌清汤小鲍
150克海参-切块
100克烧肉-切块
6个小冬菇-以水浸软
1杯上汤
1汤匙蚝油
1汤匙花调油
少许胡椒粉,糖,盐

作法:

  1. 把一切用料置于砂锅内,滚后,以小火焖30分钟。
  2. 最后加入胡椒粉和糖调味。

Braised Limpets in Claypot

Ingredients:
1 can of Fortune Limpets,
150gm sea cucumber - cut into wedges,
100gm roast pork - cut into pieces,
6 small chinese mushrooms - softened in water,
1 cup chicken stock,
1 tbsp oyster sauce,
1 tbsp chinese cooking wine,
dash of pepper,
sugar and salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Drain limpets and place in claypot with the rest of the ingredients.
  2. Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
  3. Add peeper and sugar to taste. Serve.
