烧肉焖小鲍
用料:
一罐财神牌清汤小鲍
150克海参-切块
100克烧肉-切块
6个小冬菇-以水浸软
1杯上汤
1汤匙蚝油
1汤匙花调油
少许胡椒粉,糖,盐
作法:
- 把一切用料置于砂锅内,滚后,以小火焖30分钟。
- 最后加入胡椒粉和糖调味。
Braised Limpets in Claypot
Ingredients:
1 can of Fortune Limpets,
150gm sea cucumber - cut into wedges,
100gm roast pork - cut into pieces,
6 small chinese mushrooms - softened in water,
1 cup chicken stock,
1 tbsp oyster sauce,
1 tbsp chinese cooking wine,
dash of pepper,
sugar and salt to taste.
Method:
- Drain limpets and place in claypot with the rest of the ingredients.
- Bring to boil and simmer over low heat for 30 minutes.
- Add peeper and sugar to taste. Serve.
