干烧小鲍

用料:
一罐财神牌清汤小鲍
2汤匙上汤
2汤匙蚝油
1/2 汤匙花调酒
2茶匙酱青
1茶匙糖
1茶匙玉米粉
1/4茶匙麻油
少许黑酱油

作法:

  1. 烧热2汤匙油。加入已搅拌用料,煮至滚。
  2. 加入清汤小鲍以小火煮至汁浓。
  3. 吃时配以青菜。

Sauteed Limpets In Oyster Sauce

Ingredients:
1 can of Fortune Limpets
2 tbsp Chicken Stock
2 tbsp Oyster Sauce
1/2 tbsp Chinese Cooking Wine
2 tbsp of Light Soy Sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp cornflour
1/4 tsp Sesame Oil
Drop of Dark Soy Sauce

Method:

  1. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in wok. Add sauce and bring to boil
  2. Add limpets and cook over low heat till sauce thickens. Lightly coat limpets.
  3. Serve with blanched green vegetables.
