海鲜小鲍汤

(五人份)

用料:
100克清汤小鲍
5只熟虾
适量蘑菇片
5小片海带
5片金笋花
5棵青江白菜
1匙小鲍汤汁
5碗鸡高汤

调味料:
1小匙盐,
少许胡椒粉

作法:

  1. 小鲍和熟虾切片待用。
  2. 蘑菇片、金笋花、海带和青江白菜放入沸水中汆烫,捞起,吸干水份。
  3. 将鸡汤煮滚,加入盐、小鲍汤汁、烫过的材料、虾片和小鲍片,稍煮。
  4. 用小盅把汤盛起,撒一点胡椒粉即可上桌。

Limpets with Seafood Soup

(Serves 5 persons)

Ingredients:
100g Limpets
5 cooked prawns
some slice button mushroom
5 slices seaweed
5 slices carrot
5 shanghai cabbage
1 tbsp Limpets gravy from the can
5 bowls of chicken stock

Seasoning:
Pinch of salt
pinch of pepper

Method:

  1. Slice the limpets and cooked prawns.
  2. Boil the sliced button mushrooms, carrots, seaweeds, shanghai cabbage and then drip dry.
  3. Bring the chicken stock to boil. Add salt, limpets gravy, limpets, cooked prawn, sliced button mushrooms, carrots, seaweeds and shanghai cabbage. Cook them together.
  4. Scoop the soup into the bowls for serving. Add some ground pepper to taste. Serve while hot.
