鲍贝玉鸳鸯
(五人份)
用料:
100克鲍贝
60可青芒果
60克小黄瓜
40克哈密瓜
50克酸晶头
1根红辣椒
30克红姜丝
50克油条
3汤匙炒香碎花生
1/2 汤匙炒香芝麻
调味料:
1汤匙油
1/2 茶匙盐
2汤匙酸梅羔
1茶匙桔子油
2汤匙香桃酱
2汤匙新鲜风梨酱
作法:
- 把鲍贝切成两片
- 把青芒果、酸晶头、红辣椒,哈密瓜、小黄瓜及油条切成丝。
- 油条丝炸脆备用
- 将碎花生和芝麻放盘中央,把蔬菜丝和水果丝排在周围,然后将鲍贝片铺在花生与芝麻上面。
- 把调味料拌均匀,淋在材料上即可上桌。
Shredded Abalone Clams with Assortment
(Serves 5 persons)
Ingredients:
100g Abalone Clams
60g green mango
60g Japanese Kyuri
40g rock melon
50g pickled leek
1 red chilli
30g red shredded gingers
50g Chinese fried cruller
3 tbsps toasted peanuts
1/2 tbsp toasted sesame seeds
Seasonings:
1 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsps plum sauce
1 tsp fresh lime oil
2 tbsps apricot jam
2 tbsps fresh pineapple puree
Method:
- Cut the Abalone Clams into two slices
- Shred the green mango, pickled leek, red chilli, rock melon, Japanese kyuri and Chinese fried cruller.
- Fry the Chinese cruller
- Place the toasted peanuts and toasted sesame seeds onto the center of a plate. Decorate the plate with shredded green mango, pickled leek, red chilli, rock melon, Japanese kyuri and fried cruller. Then place the Abalone Clams on top of the toasted sesame seeds.
- Mix the seasonings. Pour it onto the ingredients and serve.
