Stir-fry Abalone Clams in Chilli Oil
Ingredients:
1 can of Fortune Abalone Clams
100gm prawns - shelled
1 tbsp chopped onion
1 tbsp chopped carrot
1 tbsp chopped spring onion
1 tbsp chopped ginger
1 tbsp chilli oil
sugar and salt to taste.
Method:
- Head 4 tbsp oil in wok. Add prawns, ginger, onion and carrot. Stir-fry till prawns are cooked.
- Add clams. Stir well. Add chilli oil and seasoning. Remove to plate. Sprinkle with spring onion and serve.
